    Welcome to Remedial Massage and Shiatsu.

    Remedial Massage

    Treats specific muscular aches and pain, rehabilitates injuries and resolves long term stiffness. Allow at least 3 sessions.

    Shiatsu Massage

    A Japanese holistic massage therapy working on the same pressure points as acupuncture. It involves firm pressure, assisted stretches and joint mobility techniques. It is beneficial for both muscular tightness and chronic conditions such as headaches and sleeping disorders. Shiatsu is done over loose comfortable clothes.

    Pregnancy Massage

    Safe and supportive massage, to help ease the physical changes experienced pre and post-natal.

    Corporate Massage

    Done at the office. It involves 10-15 mins of firm neck and shoulder massage over work clothes to re-energise and de-stress.

    Galit Cohen is a qualified and experienced therapist, with a diploma in Shiatsu and Oriental Therapies and additional training in remedial & relaxation massage and Chinese Cups. She is a member of Massage & Myotherapy Australia (massage association). Galit has been practicing professionally since 2001.
